Each of our applications is in a word processing (.doc) file format. To fill out and submit the applications, open the files and save them to your computer. Each file is "read-only" so as you type your information in, please save the file periodically with a name of your choice, such as: gemsunlimitedapp.doc. That would indicate your business name, "Gems Unlimited" and that it is your application. You may also number the documents, gemsunlimitedapp1.doc, gemsunlimitedapp2.doc, if you are submitting more than one type of application.

          Once you have completed the application and saved it on your computer under your choice of file names, open your e-mail program. In the "Message" section of your e-mail please tell us that you are sending an attached application, and include your name, address and phone number where you may be reached.

          Within most common e-mail programs there is an "option" to attach a file (or several files) to the message. This is usually indicated by a paperclip icon, but might be a file folder icon or other picture. Your e-mail "HELP" file will help you locate it. Select the attach feature, then browse to find the application file you saved with your information. Make sure it is the revised form, filled out, and not the original download from the internet. That file will only have the blank form. It may take a few minutes for the e-mail to send, since document information files are large.
